Phytocultures received 89 cryo-preserved SMART TREE lines from the 0-100 Series, 200 Series, and 300 Series. Several of these lines did not regenerate successfully on the first attempt and were therefore retained but not prioritized for further propagation attempts. Lines that showed tolerance to propagation techniques and successfully produced viable embryos were identified as probable candidates for continued propagation. The lines that met these criteria are: 57, 303, 305, 311, 314, 320, 325, and 345.
